Daisy Bee Design was established in 2006 after the successful start of Pinkfairycakes in 2004.
The design director of the company Kiaran Black has been working as a web designer since 2001 and it seemed a natural progression to start her own business after gaining valuable experience in the corporate side of web design.
Kiaran comes from a strong creative background (she gained a BA hons in Visual Communication from Glasgow School of Art in 1998) and she felt she wanted to offer a more creative web solution and a higher standard of design than she felt was currently available to businesses around Glasgow and Renfrewshire.
Daisy Bee Design aim to provide competitive prices and high standards along with a strong design aesthetic . We offer a highly personal service and we treat every customer individually.
Creative Director & Designer – Mrs Kiaran Black
Kiaran has a strong work ethic which shows in through in customer feedback and in the quality of the websites she creates.
With over 12 years of web design experience and having built and designed over 390 websites utilising strong core design and technical skills. She can move easily between projects, utilising a variety of skills, from design conceptualisation development, implementation and testing to team leading and site documentation.
To date Kiaran has trained just over 180 businesses in how to update, run and manage their CMS (content managed system) and ecommerce websites. As well as providing online marketing advice and support.

Dreamweaver (cs4), Fireworks (cs4), Flash (cs4), Photoshop (cs4) , Illustrator (cs4) Director 8, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Basic 3D Max skills.
HTML, CSS 1 & CSS2, XHTML, Basic Unix, Basic SQL & SQL+, MYSQL, PHP, Basic understanding of .Net. Excellent experience in building cross-platform, standards & accessibility compliant web sites.
